Common questions
How do I sign in to the app?
With your business account's email and password, or with Google or Apple when their email matches your account. Stand employees sign in with their phone number and an SMS code.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot your password?" and you'll get a reset link by email.
How do I open a new business?
Businesses are opened on the web at app.eponaapp.com. Then sign in to the app with the same account.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: More → Settings → Delete account. Your account and personal data are deleted; the screen explains what the law requires us to keep (such as accounting documents).
I'm not getting notifications
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Epona Business, and in the app More → Notifications.
